Our Finest Paring Knife has a 3.5 inch blade made with a core of AUS10 Damascus steel and 66 layers of San Mai Damascus. It easily takes a razor sharp edge and keeps it longer than any other paring knife we have ever seen or used.
Next to its integral bolster, its handle has a light-colored fossil ivory of your choice, Next is an inlay of red coral. It's rear bolster is made from,a beautiful sun-burst patterned cross-section of fossil walrus ivory which takes its color and stripes from the natural minerals with which it has been buried for over two thousand years.
