"True Shamans live in a world that is alive with what is to rationalist sight, unseen - a world pulsing with intelligence."
The Koryak have inhabited the northern portions of the Kamchatka Peninsula of Northeastern Siberia [called the
Smoking Coast because of its many volcanoes] for at least 20000 years. Their Shamans, and later their metalworkers, produced beautiful bracelets from metal and maritime ivory. Our design is based on one such bracelet found in a dig near the southeastern shore of the Kamchatka Peninsula.
Our
Koryak Shaman Woman's Talisman Bracelet II is made from a rare and strikingly beautiful piece of 4000-year old craggy Rust Crystalline Fossil Walrus Ivory with a creamy mocha section. It is fully backed and is bezeled with a border of beaded Sterling Silver. Top is 2 inches long and 1 1/4 inch wide. Two round Sterling Silver bands are accented by a rectangular cross-section Sterling Silver band offset from one side. They all join at their ends to make a comfortably fitting cuff.
This bold bracelet fits a 7 1/2 inch to 8 inch wrist.
Our
Koryak Shaman Woman's Talisman Bracelet is designed to complement our
