Our scrimshaw Fossil Ivory partially-serrated filet knife is the finest filet knife we have ever made. It has a 7 inch long blade which has partial serratio for 2 inches for cutting through bone and tough scales. The blade is made from 440C stainless stell, a favorite of knifemakers, so it will retain its sharpness and easily take an edge. Overall length is 12 inches. The guard is nickel silver. It sports both a lined thong hole and a spiffy red liner!

We added Graded Crystalline Fossil Walrus Ivory scales. This is not only a sturdy tool you will love, but it is an heirloom knife you will want to show off and pass on to your children!
